– NATO must pay more attention to illegal migration – Hungarian President János Áder called during the Bucharest Nine summit in Romania on Monday. The B-9 includes Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia and Hungary.


– The most obvious lesson of the last decade is the need for a multipolar, smart Europe instead of a more and closer union – Hungarian Justice Minister Judit Varga said in her Europe Day video on Sunday.

The Hungarian chief of diplomacy proposed to the foreign ministers of the Visegrad Group countries to introduce a free travel zone for the vaccinated against COVID-19. The United States should direct more resources to the Three Seas Initiative to counter the influence of Russia and China – Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki said during a virtual conference „Planning a post-COVID-19 world” organized by the Atlantic Council think tank.

– Poland is the flagship. Without Poland, the other countries of the region have no weight. If Poland were to quit the V4, the V4 would lose its keel.
