Institute of Literature holds a book fair in Warsaw
Kultura
Literature and music lovers should enjoy a four-day cultural feast in the heart of the Polish capital on June 9-12. The free event is a mix of a traditional book fair and a literary festival - with presentations of hundreds of books, author meetings, performances and concerts.
The Book Fair is an initiative of the Institute of Literature, a three-year-old national cultural institution whose mission is to support and inspire authors and encourage readers to participate in current literary life.
Meetings with authors (including Justyna Bargielska and Antoni Libera) as well as concerts of musicians like Brzoska Kolektyw or Zuza Wiśniewska await participants at the Fair. More information can be found at www.jarmark-ksiazki.pl.
