Members of the National Council of the Slovak Republic have condemned Russia’s full-scale attacks on civilians, civilian facilities and crucial energy infrastructure in their resolution. The resolution has also called the current Russian regime a terrorist one and Russia itself – a state supporting terrorism.

The National Council of the Slovak Republic has expressed support for the independence and sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The Slovak MPs also condemned Russia's direct and indirect threats to use nuclear weapons. At the same time parliament expressed support for efforts to establish a special tribunal for the prosecution of crimes of aggression and support for the prosecution of crimes against humanity and war crimes. The MPs also announced that they do not recognize the proceedings or the results of the referendums in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions of Ukraine, while considering the territories to remain part of Ukraine.
