1. WELFARE STATE
In the last general elections Poles have put their trust in Law and Justice to build a modern and safe Polish welfare state, where everyone will be proud to say: "Poland is my home". (...) Our goal is for Poland to be the best place to live in Europe. That is the dream of millions of Poles! If we continue to consistently modernise our country, seek agreements despite divisions, then Poland's heydays are approaching.
2. DEMOGRAPHY AND POLES RETURNING HOME
I would want a demographic strategy to be built and put into practice as well as a strategy for a great return of Poles, both those from the West as well as the East. They will make Poland better!
3. THE FAMILY
The Polish welfare state is a country of families and entrepreneurs; a country for the weak and for the strong; a country which respects Polish values, abhors extremism, moral revolutions and chauvinism. (...) The family is and will remain at the foundations of a society. Some look upon it as a relic. We shall not allow views held by just a few to be presented as the norm. The family is not only the bastion of every Pole, it is the bastion of the entire Poland.
4. DEFENDING TRADITIONAL VALUES
We will stand guard over harmony between freedom and tradition wherever anyone tries to pit one against the other. We say no to social experiments and ideological revolutions. Our children's' futures are at stake and parents should be able to decide about those futures. That's just how things are. Children are untouchable. Whoever raises a hand against them, that ideological hand, raises their hand against the whole community. Those wishing to poison children with ideology, to build barriers between them and their parents, to break down family bonds, to enter schools uninvited and write ideological textbooks, are the ones responsible for undermining Poland and seeking to trigger a cultural war in Poland. There will be no such war, I will not let it happen, and if indeed such a war is to take place, we will win, the family will come out victorious, as a core Polish quality.
5. EQUALITY FOR MEN AND WOMEN
We were the first to embark upon a grand pro-family social transfer programme. We were the first to address the issue of economically pointless work of those women who have raised at least four children. Equality in the workplace is a quality which we will not let up on. Because if our mothers, wives and daughters are being paid less than men for the same jobs - then something is not right. We will strive for this just rule:| same pay for the same job.
6. ECOLOGY
Traditional power generation will still play an important role in our power strategy, however the world is changing. Some time ago we could not afford to invest in renewable energy sources, and now we cannot afford not to invest in them, if for no other reason than because it may provide a powerful growth stimulus for the Polish industry (...). A renewable energy sources spokesman shall be appointed within the government in order to fully tap into that vast potential, which can be compared against the largest pre-war growth programmes.
7. ENTREPRENEURS, TAXES AND PENSIONS
Entrepreneurship lies at the heart of a modern economy. It is the state's duty to support entrepreneurs, to provide them with the most favourable development conditions, a predictable legal system where investments can be planned and a tax systems which inspires growth (...). We will not falter in our efforts there, whilst at the same time making decisive, accurate and systemic changes to tax law followed by an introduction of the following solutions with an aim of supporting {Polish businesses – small and medium enterprises (...). We will put forward a proposal for a parliamentary team to be established, which will, in collusion with the government, work out and draft a deregulation package and a freedom package for citizens and business.

We understand why Poles do not want to trust the system. There is a reason for it. That's why I have a proposal for all of us sitting here: let's fix it together. Let's change the Constitution of the Republic of Poland so that funds for Employee Capital Plans and Individual Pension Accounts are guaranteed, to guarantee their privacy and safety – that is how we can regain the trust of the people and reinstate their belief in a worthy existence.
8. HEALTH
We have drastically increased health spending: from 70 to 106 billion zloty, that's by more than 50 per cent. We will also be introducing an already announced medical check package for every Pole over 40; we will earmark almost a billion zloty for an ultra-modern Oncology Centre (...). In order to raise standards in large cities and small districts we will establish a hospital modernisation fund (...) refurbished, modern hospitals will act as a symbolic breaking away with the communist drabness and dullness within the health service (...) We are issuing almost a million e-prescriptions and sick-notes every day. When it comes to this, as well as any other matter, our slogan will be: "From a paper Poland to a digital Poland".
9. FOREIGN POLICY AND THE EU
We take responsibility for Poland, but we are also ready to share responsibility for our region, for Central Europe and the European Union. We have a strategy when it comes to the EU (...).
10. ACCORD
We have to convince and not overwhelm one another. We do not have to agree on everything, let's start by agreeing on a few key matters. Lech Kaczyński used to say that Poland has to settle old scores. But more than that, Poland needs to stop internal squabbles. This parliament does not belong to five parties, but to the entire nation. End even though each one of us looks upon Poland from a different perspective, we all share the same horizon. And there I see future generations of Poles, thankful that in 2019 their ancestors left the path leading to even greater divisions within the society and chose to agree within the scope of fundamental national interests. That is what I want and what I am asking for.
